Responsibilities:
● Listen to clients’ issues and questions
● Use initiative to assist clients
● Assisting clients in a calmly manner
● Answer client queries to your best ability
● Have a positive attitude
● Assist clients with any queries in regards to products or services
● Assist clients with technical difficulties
● Escalate feedback, questions or complaints to your line manager when necessary
● Handover for the next team rotation highlighting any issues/queries from the shift
● Collaborate with your Team Leader to solve any issues that may arise
● Maintain a high level of professionalism
● Attend and take part in team meetings
● Knowledgeable and confident with Microsoft Office

Skills and Qualifications:
● Proficiency Persian speaking and writing is compulsory
● Intermediate English speaking and writing is compulsory
● Proficiency in an additional language will be considered as an advantage
