Responsibilities:
● Welcome newly registered clients with an introductory call
● Positively guide clients to relevant products
● Address client questions and inquiries
● Identify client needs and suggest relevant products/services
● Escalate feedback, questions or complaints to your line manager and in a handover report to your team members
● Maintain a high level of professionalism
● Participate actively in team meetings
Skills and Qualifications:
● Proficiency in spoken and written English is required ● Proficiency in an additional language will be considered as an advantage ● Capable of learning and retaining knowledge of company products, and delivering it professionally to clients ● Ability to multi-task and thrive in a fast-paced call center environment ● Friendly and attentive demeanor ● Strong team collaboration skills ● Attention to detail ● Ability to work independently ● Excellent interpersonal skills ● Strong verbal communication abilities ● Confident and proficient in using Microsoft Office Additional Factors:
