● Positively guide clients to relevant products/services
● Address client questions and inquiries
● Assist clients with technical difficulties
● Use initiative to assist clients
● Assist clients in a calm manner
● Identify client needs and suggest relevant products/services
● Escalate feedback, questions, or complaints to your line manager and in a handover report to your team members
● Maintain a high level of professionalism and positive attitude
● Participate actively in team meetings
● Willingness to achieve team and individual goals
Skills and Qualifications:
● Proficiency Persian speaking and writing is compulsory
● Intermediate English speaking and writing is compulsory
● Proficiency in an additional language will be considered as an advantage
● Ability of learning and retaining existing and future company products, and professionally delivering nowledge to the clients
● Friendly and attentive demeanor
● Strong team collaboration skills
